Terms of Service

ThrottleHUB is a powersports business directory for Ontario, operated by Redding Designs Inc. By creating an account or publishing a listing you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and distribute it as part of operating and promoting the directory.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• Is accurate and describes a genuine business you are authorised to represent.
• Does not infringe anyone else’s intellectual property or other rights.
• Is lawful, and is not misleading, offensive, or harmful.

Listings may be reviewed before publication. We may edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing that breaches these terms or that we reasonably consider unsuitable for the directory.

• The Standard plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor. You authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
• You may change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect immediately and remove the features not included in the lower plan.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the billing period already paid for.
• If a payment fails we will notify you and allow a grace period. If it is not resolved, the listing is downgraded to the Standard plan.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Add-ons such as Spotlight are limited in number and offered subject to availability.

Do not misuse the platform. That includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to send unsolicited messages to other users.

We aim to keep ThrottleHUB available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not warrant the accuracy of listings published by third parties. Enquiries submitted through the directory are between you and the business concerned.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of ThrottleHUB is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
